  i have made repeated attempts to move on with my life despite your decision to plague my every thought and move.

  i cannot move forward.

  a change of venue, that of diet, even new clothes have afforded me a frivolous and temporary elevation of spirits.

  Very impressive. I know exactly what you are saying.

  Here it is a mental bondage that silences a voice to be heard, to be able to teach 5 sons and 10 grandchildren. Today as I read your words i wait to see what results if any will a letter to County Mental Health will have the power to break the power of "Who Are You" that has controlled all the decisions that a family i have financed for 48 years is held bondage to.

  I have #5 son of whom I have written about here, currently in their control as a direct result of the incompetence of WTB&TS Northern Calif. Service Dept. Desk [same guy who cost the WTB&TS a lot of money with the Red Bluff molester Henderson] handling of a $4.250M unregistered securities fraud. The object of that letter is; can I actually get the WTB&TS into court on a civil rights violation. Just a one man project that is comprised of out of the box thinking.

  There is a three year project out there that is going to have a large impact on breaking the power of "Who Are You" in our Northern Calif. area, but it is a slow go, been like a "carrot on a stick in front of a horse" . That I don't think will be published it time to save my son's chances for recovery.

  I have only been at the project of breaking the power of "Who Are You" since 1989. So as i read your post I am in another waiting game to see if I finally succeeded in breaking that power. As I said just a one man project, but your writing was a very powerful and beautiful assessment of that which has controlled my existence. Very well done!

  i remember how sad i was, as a little child, when our beloved carnegie library was razed (unsafe, structurally).

  the same tragedy occurred when we moved to a new town and that similar architectural treasure was demolished to put up a new and gleaming building of steel and glass.

  Hee Haw was not clean

  so, my son bought me a device that allows me to look up and watch anything i want.

  i remember years ago , i enjoyed the television show hee haw on sunday evenings.

  i naively thought it was wholesome family entertainment.

  The very beautiful fiddle player in Buck Owens band [and his wife for 3 days] Jana Jae Greif was from Redding Calif. [school music teacher] started Dist. 6 of Calif. Old Time Fiddle Association. Which during the late 1970's and all of the 1980's put out more Weiser National Fiddle Champions than any where else in the nation. Hundreds of children got to learn fiddle music and enter fiddle contests because of her.

  yes he is the man who created the fictional detective sherlock holmes.

  in his first story called the "scarlett letter" he deals with (i stress this is fiction) with a couple escaping from the new paradise just founded in utah of the mormons.

  The Danites were REAL, they were part of the Mormon Church during the Missouri period, they were brutal, sworn to follow ALL instructions whether right or wrong coming from church leaders. Especially against dissenters with in the church.

  Conan Doyle was as accurate in his research of fictional creditability as Tom Clancy was in our day.

  Being Disfellowshipped + On-Going Cycle of Depression

  i've been disfellowshipped for six years, since i was 18. i struggle with depression and self-destructive habits (minor in comparison to the suicides, substance abuse, risky sexual behavior of others i've grown up with who have left or were too afraid to leave).

  i'm fairly successful for my age - respected in my field, i have an extensive curriculum vitae of published writing, presentations, and other projects.

  yet, i often feel worthless and unloveable.

  Work in the dirt, great suggestion.

  Exercise in nature, one of the most recommended therapies.

  I had it as rough as any, I day hiked Whiskeytown Park [pretty cool name huh] 4 - 10 miles, it works.

  Put your son I a joggers push carriage, you will create a bond that will do both of good. And in time you will realize it was one of the best investments you ever made.

  The Watchtower's Real Crisis

  when discussing the watchtowers financial problems, i've generally been of the opinion that they probably are not in a real financial crisis.

  i've come to believe that money may be something of an issue, but its wrapped up in a much larger problem.

  this came to me this morning when reading about the annual meeting.. i think the society's leadership is just plain out of ideas.

  I have been working on a variance of that since the mid 1980's when Matt.24:34 went from "singular" to "plural. Enough to have my tactics of writing letters to publishers homes to be included into the 2013 talk on "Human Apostates".

  Jeff I read your stuff pretty close on the money issues. As to the church's money issues and two billion from Brooklyn assets "Orphan Crow's" post which includes a You Tube video of Lorenz Reibling in Argentina offering multiple multi million dollar funding of "worthy developments" fits right in with the question as to where has two billion dollars disappeared to. Close connections between Mr. Reibling and WTB&TS.
